IMPORTANT UPDATE for AMS DRAMA CLUB:
Dear Parents/Guardians and Drama Club Students,
I hope you all are doing well, are healthy, and are practicing away for our upcoming production!
After much consideration regarding the amount of practice time that we are missing (and time that is also needed to take care of logistics regarding sets, scenery, costumes, etc.), I talked to administration at the end of this past week and have ultimately decided that it is in EVERYONE’S best interest to move the production to May 14-16, 2020.
Students: This time extension will allow us to have the time to put on a production that you are proud of, and will allow me to give you the full performing experience that you deserve. You all have been working so hard, and you deserve to have a show that represents the hard work and time that YOU have already invested. In the meantime, keep memorizing your lines and music (this will make things SO much easier when we get back- we still have a lot to do!), and join REMIND to stay informed of any updates, any instructions regarding your music, etc.
Parents: I understand some students expressed concern about potential conflicts if the date was changed. If your child now has a conflict regarding the performance dates, please contact me through Remind or my email ([email protected]) so that I can accommodate your child. Together, we will make this work!
Thank you for taking the time to read this, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns. I truly appreciate your understanding in this matter, and I look forward to continuing our work together when we get back!
Sincerely,
Mrs. Brosnan
